Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/so.git from branch 'master'
  to 4bbd2d022b31509ba01a0518fc76fb26d91d5dac
  - Merge "Remove skipping of the Fabric config code"
  - Remove skipping of the Fabric config code
    
    Merged the FabricConfig and TestCvnfc tests together.
    Remove skipping of the Fabric config code if the Cvnfc already exist.
    Instead use the existing cvnfc/vfc object.
