Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/logging-analytics.git from branch 'master'
  to 94492cca8face2d80df6527a158c6c80080c263b
  - Add OOF Component
    
    Add OOF Component, as OOF is a
    bonifide ONAP project. This also
    solves a bug in SO where OOF Homing
    is trying to log but does not find
    ONAPComponents.OOF and fails homing.
