Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/sdc.git from branch 'master'
  to d8f14691952677771e74e688d7a1dc20e14b036b
  - Entry points in ToscaExportHandler for plugin use
    
    Open the access for two methods in ToscaExportHandler so they
    can be called in a CsarEntryGenerator plugin.
