Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/multicloud/k8s.git from branch 'master'

  - Merge "Remove kubeconfigdir. Use a tempfile instead"
  - Remove kubeconfigdir. Use a tempfile instead
    
    Kubeconfigdir does not need to be a configurable
    parameter. We just create a local file and use that
    to create the config after which it is not needed.
