Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/so.git from branch 'master'
  to efa8de7e27bf355586e51a18008d8c6727d1e743
  - Merge "Add existing vnf customization for service"
  - Add existing vnf customization for service
    
    Add existing vnf customiation for service if they are exit in db.
    Otherwise vnf_resource_customization_to_service will hold only
    last process VF while parsing.
