Updating APPC Docs Main Titles

Updating the appc.git and appc/deployment.git documentation main
titles as they are shown in
http://onap.readthedocs.io/en/latest/release/repolist.html so that
the title is inherited from the index of the appc repos doc path
instead of hardcoding it.
