Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/oom/offline-installer.git from branch 'master'
  to cb8f5b24417812e9692d1378588e41a6ddc14db2
  - Change group_vars inclusion mode in rke role tests
    
    Inclusion switched from inventory.links declaration in
    molecule config to filesystem symlink.
