Add hosts configuration for Service Mesh ONAP

Added configuration resembles set of instances already in use for
Service Mesh Proof-of-Concept purposes. Floating IPs were disabled on
Worker and NFS nodes to limit resource usage.

Description

Responsible for the integration framework / automated tools, code and scripts, best practice guidance related to cross-project Continuous System Integration Testing (CSIT), and delivery of the ONAP project.
