OPTFRA-487 change the api_paste.ini location

Fix the path of the api_paste.ini which was changed as a part
of the HTTPS fix in commit: https://gerrit.onap.org/r/#/c/86210/

Manual CSIT Scripts

The scripts in this directory are to help developers manually kick off test flows on their own dev environments in order to help debug any test failures.
