[PORTAL] Fix ONAP Portal redirect to internal port

Incorrect redirection to the login page.
Unlogged user after entering to
https://portal.api.simpledemo.onap.org:30225/ONAPPORTAL/app/applicationsHome
should be redirected to
https://portal.api.simpledemo.onap.org:30225/ONAPPORTAL/login.htm
instead of http://portal.api.simpledemo.onap.org:8989/ONAPPORTAL/login.htm
