OOM-1566 Casablanca SDC: External-ports missing

SDC:
External-ports were missing in values.yaml but are
referenced in deployments.

Does not work if the user wants to use the service
(sdc-dcae-dt, sdc-dcae-fe) as a ClusterIP.
