Clean up unused imports and duplicate version

Seems oparent sets the version resulting in Eclipse generating warnings for the pom.
Also cleaned up unused imports.

This source repository contains ONAP common code, which is shared by 'policy-drools-pdp' and 'policy-engine'. To build it:

using Maven 3
git clone http://gerrit.onap.org/r/oparent and copy oparent/settings.xml to ~/.m2
mvn clean install
