Add secondary indices to operationshistory table

Queries to the operationshistory table will degrade substantially
as more records are added to the DB.
The Dbao class should be moved to policy-models, but for now
we'll just update it in both places (i.e., drools-apps and xacml-pdp).

This source repository contains ONAP Policy application code. To build it:

  1. using Maven 3
  2. git clone http://gerrit.onap.org/r/oparent and copy oparent/settings.xml to ~/.m2
  3. mvn -Pdocker clean install
