Fix bugs identified by Sonar on drools-pdp

Three bugs fixed:
1. Set of static variable in DMaaPSimulatorJaxR
2. Use of opssibly null variable "output" in RepositoryAudit
3. Unreachable statement error in RepositoryAudit
