Manually pull the base alpine images.

Undo directory creation of base image to preserve
original layout pre-use of alpine common/base images.

  1. using Maven 3
  2. git clone http://gerrit.onap.org/r/oparent and copy oparent/settings.xml to ~/.m2
  3. mvn clean install
