Fix upcoming checkstyle issues

When we upgrade to oparent, these will fail as oparent upgrades
to 8.37 of puppycrawl which fixes a few bugs that should have
flagged these previously.

This source repository contains the ONAP Policy Model code that is agnostic to any PDP. It is common amongst all the repositories.

To build it using Maven 3, run: mvn clean install
