Ensure one jacoco output file

Sub-modules under sub-modules need to set the path to
ensure a single jacoco-ut.exec file is produced and
appended to.

This doesn't seem to affect the results, but I'd like
to be consistent.

To build it using Maven 3, run: mvn clean install
