Handle case where sslcert file is not specified If ssl cert file is not specified, do not enable SSL. Current script does not explicitly check and so crashes if https port is specified and ssl cert file is not. To compile this code:
Make sure your local Maven settings file ($HOME/.m2/settings.xml) contains references to the OpenECOMP repositories and OpenDaylight repositories. See example-settings.xml for an example.
To compile, run "mvn clean install".
