Install features at build time Update docker design to install features at docker build time instead of installing features on container start up. This avoids need to bounce container on startup. To compile this code:
Make sure your local Maven settings file ($HOME/.m2/settings.xml) contains references to the OpenECOMP repositories and OpenDaylight repositories. See example-settings.xml for an example.
To compile, run "mvn clean install".
