Adding local-link-connectivity-list (llcl) information to match ttp and tp locally (to support NNI-based Service creation use-case).
- This is needed for F release

To compile this code:
Make sure your local Maven settings file ($HOME/.m2/settings.xml) contains references to the OpenECOMP repositories and OpenDaylight repositories. See example-settings.xml for an example.
To compile, run "mvn clean install".
