SoapUI tests for APIH Infra

Added some soapUI tests for testing APIH Infra in Arquilian.
Some bug fixes in the Tenant Adapter and VNF adapter SoapUIs.
BugFix in case of bad ModelType in a request we gor null pointer Exception.
