Bugfix Parsing of controller output. Renamed the config/application_configuration.json to application_configuration.json_example so it does not by default is loaded by the builyt container. The O-RAN SC Non-RealTime RIC provides support non-real-time intelligent radio resource management, higher layer procedure optimization, policy optimization in RAN, and providing guidance, parameters, policies and AI/ML models to support the operation of RIC near-RT to achieve higher-level non-real-time objectives.
