Fix dynamic mdc loglevel watcher The dynamic log level function that implements the CONFIG_MAP_NAME watcher is not working when the log level is changed while E2T is running. This change fixes this issue, and allows changing the loglevel while E2T is running by updating its configmap in Kubernetes. Remove any reference to older loglevel implementation.
