NetConf/YANG is defined by O-RAN Alliance Interface Spcification v2 as protocol for Configuration Management for FCAPS functions (accept the A: Accounting) for the disaggregated RAN.
As some of the data models in working progress subfolders are used to distinglish "working" and "published". The folder "sim" is used exclusively by the O-RAN-SC SIM project project.
