Revert "Implement RFC-6842 (Client-ids in DHCP replies.)" This reverts commit 88a77a78ad27adc3ed87b7ee603643d26cb896ee. A least one client has been found which breaks with this change. Since the use-case is not clear, I'm reverting the change, at least for now.
