Enhanced add_attr function and removed nested data structure Updated add_attr function, so that it can be used for adding IPSET_ATTR_DATA and IPSET_ATTR_IP attributes. Cleanup the code to update the nla_len without using nested data structure. Change-Id: Ifca96633ba02beb4f1048412ede5380de9acdfb2
