| RNIB information is stored in SDL by E2mgr during the E2SETUP process. |
| It is saved as protobuf serialized, see [nodeb-rnib](https://gerrit.o-ran-sc.org/r/admin/repos/ric-plt/nodeb-rnib) for .proto definition. |
